Photoshop Actions!

To Install
Save to a permanent location on your harddrive
Open Photoshop
Open Actions Palette
Click on the drop down menu icon
Click load actions
Browse to where you saved the actions

To Apply
Click on the arrow next to the action folder
Different presets will now appear below the folder
Click on the action preset you wish to use and click on the 'play' button

Different settings can be disabled/modified in the layers palette
A rainbow appears on some of the presets and has a blur applied. If the rainbow looks too blurred or not blurred enough, you can easily modify it. In the history, go back one spot to undo the blur (the blur is the last to be applied). Then redo the blur with the setting that best suits your photo. You can also change the intensity of the rainbow or how it is applied by modifying the top layer.
