Here's my first action, I hope you can do anything with it.
I called it "silly" because you can just use it for shapes like you see at the image - you can't use text or crazy shapes with a lot of curles and stuff like that.

It takes a couple of seconds to run this action. Maybe you should try it on a new file first.

You can use the action for wathever you like but it would be great when you link to www.ps-actions.com.
