Photoshop Actions Set

11 Post-Production Effects for High Dynamic Range Images:
2 Tweak (Hard, Soft)
3 Blur (Overlapped, Burned, Screened)
3 Color Effects (Red, Green, Blue)
3 Maximizer Effects (Soft, Medium, Hard)

You have the best results with HDR generated from Photomatix, Fattal or Reinhard tonemapping. But the actions run with all images 8 or 16 bit per channel RGB colorspace.

The F2 and F3 actions are the normal operations you can do in the HDRs normal tweaking (Curves and Contrast).

Made and tested only in Photoshop CS4 but I'm sure it can works in older version.
